Founded in 1982 by Dimitrios Vassiliou and George Sitinas, Interyards brings over 40 years of experience managing all types of ship repairs—shipyard-based, afloat and underwater— serving as agents, consultants, or Owner’s representatives.

Focused on the ship repair sector and staffed by technically oriented personnel, Interyards has developed strong expertise in repair services and technical consultancy across multiple regions. We guide our partners toward the most suitable solutions, from routine dry-docks to complex, one-off projects, always prioritizing our clients’ needs and maintaining high standards of detail and communication.

Our History
A strong start

The company – at that time Technomechanics- was established in 1982 by Mr. Dimitrios Vassiliou and Mr. George Sitinas, both distinguished Naval Architects with extensive field experience in ship repairs. At its inception, the company primarily focused on shipyard representation and the supervision of routine repair activities.
